As American’s celebrated their Independence Day, a Singaporean construction laboratory celebrated the completion of the tallest building ever built from modular construction. Standing at 40-stories in height, the housing project is made of two towers standing in at 459-feet each. It’s the tallest building ever built from modular concrete. The revolutionary building style could soon catch fire and spread to the rest of the modern world of engineering!
This ingenious design was completed through two different stages. First, the structures were precast while another set of engineers carried infrastructural needs like plumbing and electricity before combing the two processes on site.
