ArchBuildings.com is a steel arch building manufacturer, not a reseller. We run steel every week. That volume is how we keep everyday factory-direct pricing low — and it's also why we periodically have overruns, cancelled orders, and closeout sizes that we would rather put to work than warehouse.
Those buildings are still Galvalume kits, still engineered to load, and still backed by our 35-year limited rust-through warranty. What changes is the price and, often, how quickly we can put them on a truck.
Tell us the style and dimensions you need. If we have a match — or a close one — a building advisor will follow up with the actual number. If we don't, we'll say so and can price a custom BuildID instead. No sales pressure either way.

Four ways a building becomes a special — none of them are gimmicks
Production Overruns
We sometimes run extra arches to keep the line efficient. Extra panels mean extra kits — priced to move instead of occupying floor space.
Cancelled & Returned Orders
When a customer can't take delivery, the kit is already built. If the size fits your project, that's the fastest path to factory-floor pricing.
Closeout Configurations
Certain width and height combinations cycle out of regular production. Remaining kits are discounted rather than held indefinitely.
Seconds
Occasionally a panel has a cosmetic blemish that doesn't affect structure or the Galvalume warranty. We'll tell you exactly what you're getting before you buy.
